Camino Real Pedregal México

This is a nice hotel near great shopping. I am removing one star because anyone can walk in from the street and take an elevator to the rooms. I did not have any security issues, but if you are female traveling alone, I would try another more secure hotel.

Great hotel excellent location in Pedregal area of Mexico City. Full-service hotel with restaurants on site, 24-hour gym with wide selection of machines. Easy walk across the highway gets you to a huge mall with tons of shopping and restaurants. Hospital next door has a pharmacy/convenience store. Rooms are nice big and clean with great views of the city. Right on the highway so you can get on the road fast. Not too far from the airport. Great value, great hotel.

Stay was great and the staff is very friendly Right across a luxury mall and the restaurant/bar staff is very attentive and a good time. This was our second time staying here and that’s for a reason.

Friendly staff. Relatively clean room, could be cleaner though, due to the pandemic but especially for the price (2,000 mxn per night) which was not cheap. Convenient parking (100 mxn per 24 hrs). Bathroom was spacious but overall the room seemed a bit outdated. Great wifi.

The location was good, considering is too far from the airport, but you should already knew it. The building is nice. I attended to a product demostration; the service was good and quick, the quality of the food perhaps lacks of excellency but is nice. All the room was clean and had no smell. Perhaps the most significant food were the cookies. The lobby is good and comfy. The room for the presentation have a service door, is pretty noticeable. No wonders whatsoever.

Very good Hotel and service. My room was spacious, clean and has comfortable beds. The breakfast in the restaurant on 1st floor was very good as well. It is worth noting that the elevator is comparable to the traffic in Mexico City...during peak time it takes you 100 hs of hours to get to your destination.

Decent place for a business or short-term stay. Good clean rooms, good but limited restaurant menu. The only drawback is its location, directly next to a major highway. The only way to walk to anything is to go down the street, up a large flight of stairs, cross the highway, down another flight, and then a long walk to a major shopping center. also the atm in the hotel is from a bank which is owned by the hotel's owner. the fees and conversion rates can be beat elsewhere.

Service is fine. Hotel is very business oriented, not too much for tourists. There is no lobby bar. Turns out you cannot drink water from the tap and all they give you is two 330 ml bottles of water. The room has a coffee maker but you can't use tap water to make the coffee. If you want more drinking water you have to pay for it. So basically you're SOL if you want coffee but you drank your meagre amount of water overnight. For the price of the hotel, to not be able to drink more water unless you pay, that's very annoying.
